Kidney Beans Curry
Method
Step 1: Soak beans over night before cooking. Cook for 20 minutes in pressure cooker with some soaked water strain and reserve the water.Step 2: Pour oil or ghee in a pan fry the ground mixture. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and fry well.
Step 3: When the ghee separates from the masala add the tomatoes cook till tomatoes are pulpy and oil shows separately.
Step 4: Add boiled beans and enough water in it (preserved water), cook for few minutes, stir well remove from the fire.
Step 5: While serving sprinkle garam masala powder, coriander leaves. Serve hot.
