Ladys Finger in Curd
Method
Step 1: Cut the ladys fingers to 1.5 cm pieces.Step 2: Whip the curd with turmeric powder.
Step 3: Take oil in a pan and season it with mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.
Step 4: When the mustard crackles add the sliced onions and green chillies and saute well.
Step 5: Add the ladies finger and fry well.
Step 6: Finally add the whipped curd, salt to taste and simmer on low heat.
Step 7: Serve hot laced with coconut oil.
