Masala Egg Toast

Method

Step 1: Apply butter to the bread slices on both sides.
Step 2: Grind the ingredients to a fine paste and mix with milk and beaten egg.
Step 3: Heat a sauce pan, melt little butter, dip the slice quickly in the egg mixture, both the sides and toast.
Step 4: When both sides are evenly browned remove from fire and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 2 or 3
  • Bread slices -12
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Butter or ghee - 3 to 4 Tb.sps
  • Grind together

  • Green chillies - 2
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Cinnamon - 1/2 inch bit
  • Clove - 1
  • Onion - 1/2
  • Small onions - 6
  • Salt - as required
