Mixed Sprouted in Coconut Gravy

Method

Step 1: Soak indveduly channa, green gram, beans for 10 hours in enough water.
Step 2: Strain and tie in muslin cloth, allow it to sprouts for days
Step 3: Scrape coconut and grind it with 1 and 1/2 cup of water and strain the tiouid and take out coconut milk.
Step 4: Put the sprouts in a pan of boiling water add salt and boil until soft. Drain and keep aside the sprouts. Reserve the water.
Step 5: Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan, add ground paste, chopped onions and fry string constantly for 2 - 3 minutes.
Step 6: Add the boiled sprouts, coconut milk and salt, pour (boiled sprouts water) cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
Step 7: Garnish with sliced tomatoes and slited green chillies and serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Channa (whole) - 1 cup
  • Green gram (whole) - 1 cup
  • Beans (whole) - 1/2 cup
  • Tomatoes - 1 (slice fincly)
  • Onions - 1 (chop fincly)
  • Coconut - 1/2 (for extract)
  • Lemon - 1
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Serve to taste
  • Grind together

  • Green chillies - 5
  • Garlic - 4 flakes
  • Ginger - small piece
  • Fresh grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander leaves - 1 small bunch
