Mixed Uttappam

Method

Step 1: Chop green chillies, tomatoes finely.
Step 2: Mix the grated coconut and chopped tomatoes, green chillies and salt stir well. Keep it aside.
Step 3: Heat dosa tawa, put little oil or ghee over it and spread well.
Step 4: Pour one ladleful of dosa batter over it.
Step 5: Spread coconut mixture over it. Press it down gently. Cook till done on both sides.
Step 6: Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar. Similarly prepare mote uttappams.

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - 5 - 6 cups
  • Grated coconut - 1 cup
  • Green chillies - 6 - 8
  • Tomatoes - 2 - 3
  • Genn or oil - as required
  • Ghee - 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste
