Mixed Vegetable Pachadi

  • Preparation time: 10 minutes
  • Serve: 4
  • Method

    Step 1: Peel and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.
    Step 2: Grate carrots.
    Step 3: Mix all the chopped and grated vegetables along with curds, grated coconut, chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
    Step 4: Add salt and season before serving. (If salt is added early, the pachadi will turn into watery consistency)

    Ingredients

  • Cucumber - 1 no
  • Tomato - 2 nos
  • Carrots - 2 nos
  • Onion - 1 no
  • Coconut - 1 tbsp
  • Gratings, Green chillies - 2 nos
  • Coriander leave - 1 tbsp
  • Chopped, Curd - 1 to 2 katoris
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings - 1 tsp.
