Mixed Vegetable Pachadi
Method
Step 1: Peel and chop all the vegetables into small pieces.Step 2: Grate carrots.
Step 3: Mix all the chopped and grated vegetables along with curds, grated coconut, chopped green chillies and chopped coriander leaves.
Step 4: Add salt and season before serving. (If salt is added early, the pachadi will turn into watery consistency)
