Mixed Vegetable Sag
Method
Step 1: Diced all the vegetables, add enough water and cook in pressurer cooker. Strain and reserve the water.Step 2: Heat oil and season with mustard seeds, when crackling ad cumin seeds, little curry leaves.
Step 3: Add ground mixture fry for few minutes. Mix boiled vegetables pour enough water (cooking liquid) and salt.
Step 4: Cook for 10 minutes (or) until the gravy becomes thick.
Step 5: Remove from fire and serve hot with puris. Add optionally lime juice.
