Step 1: Prepare omapodi, ribbon pakoda and kara boondhi.Step 2: Reduce the quantity of the salt while preparing them.
Step 3: Fry the flattened rice well and keep aside.
Step 4: Mix together split gram, roasted peanuts, cashew nuts and curry leaves in a big dish.
Step 5: Add gradually, the flattened rice along with omapodi, ribbon pakoda and kara boondhi.
Step 6: Finally, add salt, chilly powder, asafoetida powder and a pinch of sugar.
Step 7: Mix well again.
Step 8: Store in an air tight container.
