Mock Egg urry
Method
Step 1: Boil eggs, remove shells, slit or prick with a fork.Step 2: Grind the masala to a fine paste.
Step 3: Heat oil, season with aniseed, fry the ground mixture for a few minutes, add boiled egg and fry well.
Step 4: Serve as a side dish with chappathis or ice.
Step 5: Tastes well even with bread sandwhiches.
