Navratan Korma – Cottage Cheese Mixed Nine Vegetables
Method
Step 1: Fry the onions. Add the ginger, garlic paste and fry for another 2 minutes.Step 2: Add the tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add all the vegetables, milk, cream and fried paneer and cook for a few minutes till the vegetables are done.
Step 4: Serve hot.
