Neer Dosa

Method

Step 1: Soak the rice in water for 3 - 4 hours. Grind the rice with water to a fine paste.
Step 2: Dilute this paste with water to a pouring consistency. Add salt to taste.
Step 3: Heat dosa tawa and grease it with a little oil, pour a ladle of the dosa batter.
Step 4: Till the pan to spread the batter evenly, cook on one side only. Remove from fire.
Step 5: Fold the neer dosa into half, put a little filling and make a roll of the dosa.
Step 6: Repeat with the rest of the batter.

Ingredients

  • Raw rice - 2 cups
  • Salt to taste
  • For Filling

  • Fresh coconut (Grated) - 1 cup
  • Jaggery - 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
