Obittu or Boli

Method

Step 1: In a large bowl add the maida and the salt along with the oil and make it into a nice flour, add more oil if needed, and keep it aside
Step 2: For the stuffing Heat some oil in a pan and add little oil and add the cardomom the grated coconut with the sugar,and then mix it well.
Step 3: Then take little dough and flatten it with hand and add a small ball of the stuffing inside and close it completely and try to spread it out with hand with moisten it with oil.
Step 4: and heat a pan and heat the obittu or boli on both sides.

Ingredients

  • Grated coconut 2 cups
  • cardomom - 2
  • Sugar - 11/2 cup


  • For obittu
  • Maida flour - 2 cups
  • oil - 10 tsp
  • salt to taste
