Orange Butter Pan Cake

Method

Step 1: Mix butter with flour, salt, beaten egg and milk.
Step 2: Cook like pan cakes, fold into triangles, put in a shallow dish.
Step 3: Heat butter and sugar in a pan, stir until sugar is dissolved.
Step 4: Add orange juice.
Step 5: Pour over pan cakes serve hot.

Ingredients

  • Maida - 100 gms
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Egg - 1
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Fat - for frying
  • Butter - 75 gms
  • Brown sugar - 100 gms
  • Juice of 2 oranges
