Paneer in Green Curry
Leftover french fries and paneer are transformed into a spicy curry with palak and methi. Since most of the ingredients can be made ready beforehand, this takes very little time.

Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serve: 4
Step 2: Take a kadai and heat little oil, add green and red chillies.
Step 3: then add chopped palak, methi leaves and fry till the water is absorbed. Add turmeric, Salt dhania and chilli powder and french fries.
Step 4: Now add the fried paneer. Mix very lightly with an wooden ladle.
Step 5: Serve hot with rice or rotis.
Paneer - 1 katori
Palak - 4 bunches
Methi - 2 bunches
Potato (sliced) - 1/2 katori
Turmeric - a pinch
Dhania powder - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Green and red chilli - 4 each,
Salt to taste
Oil - for frying.
Method
Step 1: Cut paneer into cubes and fry them in oil till golden brown. Cut potato into long strips and deep fry in the oil into french fries.Step 2: Take a kadai and heat little oil, add green and red chillies.
Step 3: then add chopped palak, methi leaves and fry till the water is absorbed. Add turmeric, Salt dhania and chilli powder and french fries.
Step 4: Now add the fried paneer. Mix very lightly with an wooden ladle.
Step 5: Serve hot with rice or rotis.
