Method
Step 1: Make a thin sugar syrup with sugar and water.Step 2: Knead the chenna and semolina flour, by adding ghee to make a smooth paste.
Step 3: Divide the mixture into 20 equal portions.
Step 4: Roll to form balls.
Step 5: Stuff each mixture ball with khoya and raisins.
Step 6: Heat ghee and fry the balls of chenna and semolina flour, until golden brown.
Step 7: Drain and immerse in syrup for half an hour, and offer.
