Method
Step 1: Wash 200 gms rice and leave it for drying.Step 2: Boil the milk for about 15 minutes.
Step 3: Add rice. Cook till rice is well done and milk becomes thick.
Step 4: Add cardamom powder, kesar and nutmeg powder.
Step 5: Add jaggery now. Stir till jaggery melts.
Step 6: Take out from the fire.
Step 7: Garnish with chopped almonds and pistachios.
Step 8: Payesh is ready.
