Method
Step 1: Beat the yogurt to make it smooth.Step 2: Add chillis, peanut, coriander, sugar and salt.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and saute curry leaves.
Step 4: Add them to curds when they begin to splutter. Mix well.
Step 5: Refrigerate the mixture as per requirement.
Step 6: Serve the chutney with sabodana wadas.
