Pine Apple Souffle

Method

Step 1: Soak the gelatin in 1/2 cup water and dissolve in a pan of hot water.
Step 2: Mix the dissolved gelatin, condensed milk, chopped pineapple slices and lemon juice well.
Step 3: Whip the cream till it is stiff and add to the above mixture.
Step 4: Pour the mixture in a mold and refrigerate it for sometime.
Step 5: When set unfold it onto a dish and serve with beaten cream on top.

Ingredients

  • Condensed milk 400 gms, sweetened
  • Pineapple around 4 slices, chopped
  • Gelatin 21/2 tablespoons
  • Cream 11/2 cup
  • Lemon juice of 4 limes
  • Milk 11/2 cup
