Pineapple Dosa

Method

Step 1: Grate pineapple slices finely.
Step 2: Make a batter of medium consistency with flour, semolina, sugar, curd, milk, sanuf and grated pineapple keep aside for 10 minutes. Beat well.
Step 3: Heat a non - stick dosa pan, put in large spoon of batter and spread it.
Step 4: Cook on low heat till the dosa is brown on both the sides.
Step 5: Serve hot with pineapple sauce and fresh cream.

Ingredients

  • Maida (Plain flour) - 1 cup
  • Semolina (Suji) - 1 cup
  • Pineapple - 5 slices
  • Fresh curd - 4 tbsp
  • Fresh milk - for batter
  • Pineapple sauce - 1/2 cup
  • Fresh cream - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Sanuf - 1 tsp
  • Oil for frying
