Plain Lassi – Yogurt Smoothie or Shake

Method

Step 1: Pour a cup of water with yogurt.
Step 2: Add sugar.
Step 3: Beat/churn yogurt till it becomes smooth (till it is frothy).
Step 4: Serve chilled.
Step 5: Customize Lassi by adding tropical fruits such as mango to make very refreshing and delicious Mango Lassi.
Step 6: Many first time drinkers like drinking Lassi such as Mango Lassi but do not like Plain Lassi that much.
Step 7: Indian Drinks, India is famous for its food but hardly many people know that it has array of drinks that are both unique and refreshing.

  • 1 cup water
  • 8 tablespoon sugar (or according to your choice)
