Potato and Peas Masala with Egg
Method
Step 1: Boil eggs and remove shells.Step 2: Heat oil and fry the ground masala paste II with diced potatoes and peas.
Step 3: Fry till oil separates.
Step 4: Pour water with little turmeric and salt.
Step 5: Cook till potatoes and peas become soft. Add boiled eggs and cook for some time.
Step 6: Fry frine;y cut onions, garlic and tomatoes.
Step 7: Pour over gravy and boil.
Step 8: Add coconut and poppy paste, just before removing from fire.
Step 9: Mix well, garnish with coriander leaves.
Step 10: Serve with time
Variation
Step 11: Omit Potatoes, do the recipe with peas and eggs alone.Step 12: Boiled eggs can be into pieces and used in the recipe.
Step 13: In that case add the egg pieces, just before removing from fire.
