Potato Masala Puri
Method
Step 1: Boil, peel potatoes and make into a dough.Step 2: Chop onion and coriander leaves finely.
Step 3: Using sufficient water and mix, maida cumin seeds, chopped onions, cariander leaves, garam masala powder, dalda, salt and potato dough.
Step 4: Mix the above and make them into small balls.
Step 5: Make puri with them and deep fry in hot oil or dalda.
Step 6: Serve with coconut chutney or tomato kurma.
