Potato Peas Bhaji

Method

Step 1: Boil potatoes, peel and mash it.
Step 2: Cook green peas and keep aside.
Step 3: Heat oil in a pan and season with mustard seeds, when it crackling add red chilli pieces and bengal gram dhal then immediately followed with the onions.
Step 4: Fry till done and add the ground paste. Fry well, till it smells remains, add turmeric powder.
Step 5: Add (mashed) potatoes, green peas, slat and enough water.
Step 6: Cover and cook in simmer till the masala becomes thick
Step 7: Garnish with sliced tomatoes, coriander leaves and cut lime.
