Radish Pachadi

  • Preparation time: 30 minutes
  • Serve: 4
  • Method

    Step 1: Grate radish and squeeze out the extra water.
    Step 2: Cut green chillies and coriander leaves fine.
    Step 3: Take curds in a vessel and beat it soft.
    Step 4: Add salt, radish, chilli and coriander mixture to the curds.

    Ingredients

  • Radish(grated) - 1 katori
  • Green chillies - 3 to 4
  • Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
  • Curds - 2 katori
  • Salt to taste
