Rice Flour Stuffed Rolls

Method

Step 1: Make a thin batter of rice flour, oil and mix.
Step 2: Roast sesame seeds on tawa. Mix sugar, sesame seeds and dry coconut.
Step 3: Make thin pancakes of batter fill with coconut mixture. Make rolls.
Step 4: Heat a tawa, put these stuffed rolls on tawa and cook lightly again.

Ingredients

  • Rice flour - 2 cups
  • Fresh milk - 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Dry coconut (Grated) - 1 cup
  • Sesame seeds (White) - 2 tbsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
