Rich Carrot Kheer
Carrot Kheer made richer with the addition of cashew and almonds.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 10 minutes
Serves: 4
Step 2: Mix the paste along with the remaining sweetened milk.
Step 3: Add powdered cardamom and chilli. Serve cold.
Milk - 1 litre
Carrots - 3 nos
Cashews - 3 tsp
Almonds - 3 tsp
Cardamom - 5 to 6
Sugar - 1 katori
Method
Step 1: Boil milk sugar. Steam carrot, cashews and almonds together. Grind them along with little milk into a thin paste.Step 2: Mix the paste along with the remaining sweetened milk.
Step 3: Add powdered cardamom and chilli. Serve cold.
