Sajjige Masala Dosa
Method
For Dosa Batter
Step 1: Mix rawa, rice flour, maida, salt and add enough water and grind in mixi till fine paste. The batter should be a thin and watery base. )For Chutney
Step 1: Grind grated coconut and red chillies, salt together into a paste, adding a little water.For Masala
Step 1: Boil, peel potatoes, mash it.Step 2: Chop onions, tomatoes, beans and coriander leaves finely.
Step 3: Slite green chillies into lengthwise and peel carrots and grate finely.
Step 4: Heat oil in a kadai, season with mustard seeds, when they are starts crackle, add chopped onion fry till soft.
Step 5: Add green chillies, turmeric powder, salt and beans, peas, carrots. Add little water and cook till tender.
Step 6: Now add mashed potatoes and tomatoes, lemon juice. Stir fry for while.
Step 7: Finally garnish with coriander leaves and keep aside.
For Making dosa
Step 1: Heat dosa tawa and grease it. Pour ladleful batter in a circular manner.Step 2: Paste coconut chutney evenly over the dosa. Pour 2 tsp of oil over the edges in dosa and sentre also.
Step 3: Put I ladleful masala over the chutney on a dosa over it.
Step 4: Cook till crisp and brown. Fold it in a triangular shape. Serve hot.
