Method
Step 1: Make small pieces of rice semia and keep aside.Step 2: Chop green coriander leaves and cut green chillies into lingth wise finely.
Step 3: Heat oil in a kadai, season with mustard seeds and whent it starts crackle, add Bengal gram, black gram.
Step 4: Fry till golden colour, then add green chillies, fry for a minute or two, then add turmeric powder and salt. Remove from fire.
Step 5: Add immediately rest of rice semia (Idiappams) and sprinkle the lemon juice and chopped coriander leaves.
Step 6: Mix well and serve with coconut chutney or vegetable kurma.
