Method
Step 1: Trim the bread slices and cut them into four pieces and deep fry to golden color.Step 2: Fry all the nuts and pound coarsely. Cook the milk, condensed milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, cardamom and nutmeg on low flame.
Step 3: When the mixture thickens put the fried bread slices side by side in the pan.
Step 4: Let it cook till the bread absorbs all the moisture.
Step 5: Serve cold garnished with nuts, raisins and silver foil.
