Method
Step 1: Mix together milk and water.Step 2: Beat unsalted butter and sugar till it turns fluffy.
Step 3: Add flours and salt. Mix them well.
Step 4: Knead it to soft dough with the help of milk-water mixture.
Step 5: Divide the dough into three balls. Roll out thick chapattis.
Step 6: Cut them into diamond shaped pieces.
Step 7: Heat oil. Deep-fry the pieces till done.
Step 8: Shankarpali is ready.
