Souffle Bread Omelette

Method

Step 1: Soften bread in milk, stir till smooth.
Step 2: Mix in the eggs and rest of the milk.
Step 3: Add cheese and season with mutmeg.
Step 4: Cut chilli into fine strips and add to it.
Step 5: Make into four parts.
Step 6: Take one part and fill a butter proof dish with this mixture and bake in a moderate over till the eggs are set.

Variation

Step 1: Add cooked peas, fried onion and tomatoes to this mixture and bake.

Ingredients

  • Bread - 2 Slices
  • Milk - 1/4 cup
  • Grated cheese - 4 tbsp
  • Eggs - 4
  • Milk - 3 tbsp (separately)
  • Pinch of nut meg
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Butter and salt - as requried
