Spaghetti Pie

Method

Step 1: Boil the spaghetti. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2: Chop all the vegetable except the peas. Put all the vegetables ino a pan of water and boil till tender.
Step 3: Place butter and flour in the food processor bowl of mixi jar and churn, gradually adding milk, salt and black pepper powder.
Step 4: Remove to a saucepan and cook till it becomes thick white sauce.
Step 5: Divide the sauce into 2. Add boiled spaghetti to one part of white sauce: add half the cheese too. Add boiled green vegetables to the second part of the white sauce.
Step 6: Arrange both the mixtures in bake and serve dish. Grate the rest to the cheese and sprinkle. Pour the melted butter over it. Garnish capsicums and tomato slices over the butter.
Step 7: Bake at 175 0 c (350 0 c F) for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle pepper powder.
Step 8: Serve hot with sauce and vegetable salad.
