Spring Dosa

Method

Step 1: Chop the onions, capsicums and cabbage into long pieces.
Step 2: Grease the taws or dosa plate and heat. Pour one ladlaful of dosa batter.
Step 3: Mix mysore chutney and fresh butter apply it over the dosa while on the tawa.
Step 4: Spread the chopped vegetables over the dosa.
Step 5: Sprinkle chaat masala powder over the vegetables. Cook till golden brown in colour.
Step 6: Roll the dosa over into a cylindrical shaped and cut into small pieces. Similarly prepare remaining dosa batter and other masala ingredients.
Step 7: Serve hot with sambar or tomato kurma and gren chutney.

Ingredients

  • Dosa batter - as required
  • Onions - 3 - 4
  • Capsicums - 3
  • Cabbage - 200 gms
  • Chat masala powder - A little
  • Mysore chutney - as required
  • Fresh butter - 100 gms
  • Oil or ghee
