Stuffed Egg Curry

Method

Step 1: Heat a teaspoon of oil and fry red chillies and black gram dhal.
Step 2: Powder it.
Step 3: Mix with salt, Jeera powder and pepper powder.
Step 4: Peel onions and chip it.
Step 5: Boil eggs, and remove shells.
Step 6: Slit it carefully with a knife to three fourth depth and stuff the mixed powder inside carefully.
Step 7: Heat oil, fry onions and stuffed eggs and rest of the powder on top.
Step 8: Mix well and serve.

Ingredients

  • Eggs - 6
  • Red chillies - 3
  • Black gram dhall (urad) - 1 tbsp
  • Jeera powder - 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - as required
  • Small baby onions - 25 to 30
