Stuffed Egg Parathas

Method

Step 1: Mix wheat flour with enough salt and water.
Step 2: Knead into a smooth dough, keep closed for few hours.
Step 3: Scramble the eggs, quickly with onions, chilli paste and enough salt, using a fork to mix it.
Step 4: Make one chappathi of medium thickness.
Step 5: Spread little mixture on top, top with another chappathi of the same size, with the help of little water around and in between the chappathis, press and seal well.
Step 6: Roll into big paratha and fry on a hot tawa with enough oil on both sides.
Step 7: Serve with mint or coriander chutney.
