Sweet Carrot Paratha

Method

Step 1: Mix the wheat flour and maida and knead with milk, salt and make a soft dough.
Step 2: Peel carrots and grate fine and add the sugar, sliced almonds and sesame seeds.
Step 3: Take soft dought and roll it out slightly and make one more like same way.
Step 4: Spread the carrot mixture. Place another rolled out circle of dough on top.
Step 5: Roll out again.
Step 6: Then place on a heated tawa and cook adding oil on both sides.
Step 7: Serve hot with butter and sauce.

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Maida (Plain flour) - 1 cup
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Carrots - 3 - 4
  • Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds - 10 (Sliced)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Oil as required
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
