Tomato and Cucumber Pachadi

  • Method

    Step 1: Peel the cucumber and chop into small pieces.
    Step 2: Mix chopped tomatoes, chopped green chillies, coriander leave, grated coconut and curd.
    Step 3: Season with mustard seeds.

  • Tomato (chopped) - 2 nos
  • Cucumber - 1 no
  • Coconut grated - 2 tbsp
  • Green chillies - 4 no
  • Coriander leaves (chopped) - 2 tbsp
  • Curds - 1 1/2 katoris
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasonings - Mustard seeds
