Tomato Raita
Method
Step 1: Stir yogurt in a bowl until smooth and creamy. Stir in tomatoes, onions, chilies, if using, salt and pepper.Step 2: Cover and chill well before serving. (Can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours.)
Step 3:The uncomplicated ingredients of this raita belie the fabulous flavor of the mixture. It is particularly good as an accompaniment to a pulao or biriyani.
