Rajma Masala Sundal

Ingredients:

  • Rajma (soaked overnight, steamed in cooker) – 1 cup
  • Tomato – 1 (chopped)
  • Dhania powder – 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
  • Tumeric powder – ½ tsp
  • Jeera – 2 tsp
  • Amchur (dry mango) powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves

    Method:

    Step 1: Heat kadai pour in some oil and add the jeera, followed by tomato and tumeric powder and sauté for a while till the tomato is cooked.
    Step 2: Now add the dhania, red chilli powders and mix well.
    Step 3: Add rajma and stir until the tomato mixture covers the pulses.
    Step 4: Mix well and add the amchur powder.
    Step 5: Switch off the flame and sprinkle coriander leaves.
