Vegetable in Green Masala
Method
Step 1: Extract 1 cup of milk from coconut using add 1 cup of water and grind it saueeze out thick milk.Step 2: Dice all vegetables, add enough water and cook in pressure. Cooker
Step 3: Heat oil, add onions and fry till colour. Add ground paste. Stir fry for few minutes until the raw smells is lost.
Step 4: Add boiled vegetables and powdered spices, salt Stir for few minutes. Add enough water
Step 5: Cook for 5 minutes, keep simmer on low heat. Add coconut milk and bring to boil, stirring carefully.
Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves, stir in lemon juice and serve hot.
