Method

For the Sauce

Step 1: Heat oil and fry the onions for 2 minutes. Add garlic paste. Add tomato puree, chilli powder, sugar, salt and oregano and cook for a few minutes.
Step 2: Add fresh cream and mix well and stir it.

For Pasta

Step 1: Boil macaroni or noodles into enough water. Drain and keep aside.
Step 2: Boil, peel potatoes and slice it, keep aside.
Step 3: Slice brinjals, chop onions finely.
Step 4: Heat the oil and deep - fry the potato slices and brinjal slices till colour. Remove and drain well, sprinkle salt and keep aside.
Step 5: Divide the macaroni or noodles, fried potato add brinjal slices and the sauce between 2 sizzler trays.
Step 6: Heat the butter in a sizzler tray. Arrange the macaroni, potato slices and brinjal slices. Spread plenty of sauce and sprinkle cheese.
Step 7: Put tray on gas. Spread a little butter and a little more sauce.
Step 8: When it starts smoking, cook for a few minutes until the mixture is hot. Garrish with lettuce leaves and serve hot.

  • Macaroni or Noodles - 4 cups
  • Potatoes - 2
  • Brinjals - 2
  • Onions - 2
  • Fresh Cream - 3 tbsp
  • Cheese (Grated) - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Butter - 3 tbsp
  • Oil for deep - frying
  • Salt to taste
  • For the sauce

  • Tomato puree - 8 tbsp
  • Onions - 2 (Chopped)
  • Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli posder - 1 tbsp
  • Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
