Walnut Halwa
A rich and highly nutritive sweet made from walnuts. Gives your dinner party an elegant touch.
Preparation time: 35 minutes

Step 2: Take a non-stick thick bottomed kadai and pour 2 tbsp. full of ghee and the ground paste along with sugar and bring it to a boil.
Step 3: Now add khoa add khoa and keep on stirring till it thickens. Finally, add the remaining ghee and keep stirring till it leaves the edges and forms into a thick soft consistency.
Step 4: Pour the mixture on a greased mould or plate and cool.
Walnut (chopped) - 2 katoris
Almonds (chopped) - 1 katoris
Cashews (chopped) - 1 katori
Milk - 1 katori
Khoa - 200 gms,
Ghee - 5 to 6 tbsp
Sugar - 1 1/2 katoris
Method
Step 1: soak all the nuts in warm water for about 30 minutes. Peel the skin grind the peled nuts along with milk into a fine paste.Step 2: Take a non-stick thick bottomed kadai and pour 2 tbsp. full of ghee and the ground paste along with sugar and bring it to a boil.
Step 3: Now add khoa add khoa and keep on stirring till it thickens. Finally, add the remaining ghee and keep stirring till it leaves the edges and forms into a thick soft consistency.
Step 4: Pour the mixture on a greased mould or plate and cool.
